All Physical Education classes focus on the components
of fitness and emphasis training principles. The fitness training
principles are comprised of progression, overload and specificity
including the FITT concepts (Frequency, intensity, time and type).
The components of fitness are muscular strength and endurance, aerobic
fitness, flexibility, and body composition.
