Career
Academic Pathways: CA, HM, Credit, .5 1 semester
This
course is appropriate for athletes, students who has successfully
completed the Conditioning/Weight training class or students who
have experience in Olympic Weight lifting. This course emphasizes
strength, speed and power using functional movement patterns and Olympic
style lifting . There is also skill development in explosive, reactive,
and quickness movement drills. Activities develop athletic skill
levels and focus on skill-related fitness.
